Peer-to-peer fundraising (P2P) accounts for roughly one-third of all online donations for nonprofits. Conducting a P2P fundraiser is hard though. A nonprofit has to find fundraisers, motivate them, and hope that they’re able to raise some money. This is usually time-consuming, unviable, and, most importantly, unscalable for small-to-medium nonprofits.

So…why would anyone click on this button to become a fundraiser? Because Benefact Link pays people to fundraise! By doing so, Benefact Link gives a clear incentive to fundraisers and rewards them for their time and effort. In the status quo, the only incentive people have is their care and concern for the nonprofit’s mission. While this is great, goodwill alone will not optimally scale P2P fundraising. Through the Link, internal nonprofit workers, such as the Executive Director or fundraising manager, don’t have to manage the P2P fundraisers at all.
